Meet pippin
Pippin is about 2-years-old and has a very sweet and playful spirit. He weighs 63 lbs but is on the shorter side for his weight with a long body. He’s got a lot of love to give and high levels of energy, so he would do well with a family who has an active lifestyle and some patience for training. He loves cuddles, belly rubs, giving kisses, long walks and chewing on sticks and toys. He does pretty well on a leash, but needs some training around pulling when he sees people, dogs and other animals. We adopted him from the shelter as a stray so his history is unknown. He is wary of strangers, but he warmed up to us very quickly and he has some separation anxiety. Someone with experience managing this is ideal. He is very easy to love, though unfortunately his needs are beyond our capacity to provide. We would love to find a good home for him, and would be happy to provide some food, treats, toys, harness, and a large size crate with mattress.
