Meet monty
We recently welcomed Monty into our home after he was rehomed from an apartment situation. Due to a misunderstanding, we believed we were adopting an older dog, but Monty is still very much a puppy with puppy energy and training needs. Unfortunately, with both of us working we are unable to give him the consistent training and time he deserves.
Monty is an incredibly sweet and smart Boykin Spaniel who has done wonderfully with our children (ages 5–11). He loves being outside, enjoys car rides, and sleeps through the night very well. Once he bonds with his person, he becomes very attached and affectionate.
He is already learning fetch and catching on quickly, which shows how intelligent and eager to learn he is. With some continued training and consistency, we believe he will make an amazing companion for the right family.
Monty would thrive in an active home with someone who has the time to continue working with him. He can also come with a crate, bed, and leash.
