Meet willow
Willow is a stunning 1.5 year old female Golden/Lab mix with a big personality and an even bigger love for toys (seriously, she insists on always having one in her mouth). Fetch? Her absolute favorite. She could play all day and never get tired of chasing a ball!
Willow is incredibly smart, eager to learn, and already house trained. She’s been doing great in foster care learning how to settle after playtime, and she’s making steady progress every day. She truly wants to please and will thrive with someone who enjoys training and building a strong bond.
She’s friendly with both people and dogs, though her enthusiasm can sometimes come on a little strong, she just gets so excited to meet everyone! Because of this, she’ll need a confident, active owner who can continue working with her on calm, polite greetings and help guide her into the amazing dog she’s meant to be.
Willow does have some touch sensitivity along her sides (she’s been thoroughly vet checked with no medical concerns), so she’ll do best in a calm, structured home with someone who understands her boundaries and can advocate for her. Because of her size, energy, and sensitivity, Willow must go to an adult-only home.
Willow is truly something special. In the right home, with the right leader, she has all the potential to shine and be an incredible, loyal, fun-loving companion.
