Meet huey
Huey is a white Pit Bull Terrier with black spots, approximately 11 years old. We adopted him in 2020.
He is well house-trained. We utilize a consistent bathroom schedule. Huey is calm, gentle, and docile, and rarely barks unless there is a real reason.
He knows basic commands including sit, come, paw, down, and up, and responds to his name. He is not aggressive and is very affectionate, enjoying being around and relaxing with his family.
Huey is a “big baby” at heart. He loves attention, comfort, and routine, and can become nervous during thunderstorms, seeking reassurance.
We are rehoming Huey because our twin daughters are graduating and leaving for college, our family is downsizing. With work schedules, he would be left alone 10–12 hours a day.
We are looking for a loving, stable home where Huey can enjoy his senior years. He would do best with a patient family who appreciates his calm, loyal, and affectionate nature.
