Meet Otti, a one-year-old male terrier mix. He weighs 35 pounds. Otti is a survivor from the streets of Tijuana Mexico. He loves the attention. He is very loving and sweet. He doesn’t like to share his food with other pups, so he enjoys being fed inside his kennel and once he is done he is a happy camper again. He is currently still in Tijuana Mexico with our foster. Please consider becoming a foster to help us start their journey in finding their Forever Home. Supplies will be provided.
