Meet rei
I rescued Rei when she was 9 months old, she's 6 and has been with me ever since. She is a Siberian Husky, and while she is always up for a walk and play, she is perfectly fine with being a bum and laying on the couch with you all day. She is house trained and is trained to run to a spot to "go potty" when I open the slider. This took significant effort on my part, and would likely require effort to replicate in a new location.
She is affectionate, a flirt and loves attention. She is stubborn but highly food motivated. She gets along with other dogs and has lived with a cat- never biting or violent, but would chase him a bit when bored! She has never been around children.
The reason for rehoming is my wife developed a severe allergy when she became pregnant. We tried keeping her only on the first floor, an air filter on each floor and vigorous vacuuming/grooming but it sadly didnt make much of a difference. She is a goofy, wonderful girl who makes me laugh everyday. I'm heartbroken.
