Meet roxie
Meet Roxie, a 6-year-old German Shepherd ready for her forever home! Roxie has not had it easy, and has a few medical conditions that will require a calm and patient home. She is a bit wobbly - but this is from an unknown cause. She also has arthritis, and will require long-term pain medication. Please consult with our medical team for more information about Roxie's needs.
Roxie loves tennis balls, and keeps herself entertained by them by batting it around with her paws. She isn't picky though - she enjoys other dog toys as well as a Kong or other enrichment item filled with food.
Her foster noted that she is housetrained, and does well alone for short periods of time. She also stated that Roxie likes to watch TV, and it keeps her entertained!
Even though she can be a little unsteady on her feet sometimes, She still has a zest for life and loves the outdoors! She's looking for a home that will give her time, patience, and love.
