Meet nala
Found on the side of a Texan highway at 6 months old, Nala had a tough start to life, but after a short stretch in a foster home, she joined my family where she has been loved and cared for like nobody’s business. She’s now 5 years old & has had regular vet care since her rescue, including annual dentals, & takes a daily SSRI that will likely need to be continued the rest of her life. She has pet insurance that I think we can transfer to a new owner if you’re interested.
She’s the SWEETEST girl & wants nothing more than to snuggle her human all day every day, but given her start in life, she can be fearful/defensive. In particular she struggles with men & children. She doesn’t like when young dogs get in her face, & she should not live with cats. Any rehoming fee is only being collected to ensure her safety, and will be donated to the shelter I adopted her from.
Experience with chihuahuas and/or rescues preferred.
