Meet rocky
Looking to rehome this sweet dog. (Please read full description) Location: LAWRENCEVILLE, GA.
We rescued Rocky from a kill shelter about 6 months ago. He was on the list to euthanized if he wasn’t rescued the day we rescued him. Everything has went really well since we’ve had rocky besides the fact that my 6 yr old Autistic son cries every single time Rocky barks. My son has been around other dogs and we never thought this would be an issue. If anyone knows anything about ppl with Autism they are super sensitive to certain things. My son never displayed much sensitivity to loud noises so I never once thought barking would bother him.
We’ve tried so hard for the last 6 months to make it work but it’s literally crippling to my son every time Rocky barks and it’s just not working anymore. It’s not fair to my son to have deal with that and it’s not fair to Rocky to not be able to do something dogs naturally do. Rocky is a very sweet dog, has never shown aggression towards people or dogs.
