Meet marmee
Meet Marmee, she was wondering around the valley in Texas looking for shelter and food with her puppies. Her puppies came up last year and all got adopted ( She was found with Jake, assumed to be the father) We do not know how long they were in the valley but Marmee needed alot of care when she was saved. She was heartworm postive and needed dental work. She is the adult Mama dog that everyone wants because she is so thankful to have been saved.

Marmee just arrived and we gave her some time to settle in, but she was basically like, "Thanks for the tour. I've got this!"
This is Mom! Now it's finally her turn to find a family of her own.
At 6 years old and 53 pounds and working hard on losing a light weight! This sweet calm girl has all the important things figured out:
Housetrained
Loves her crate
Excellent on leash
Great with other dogs
Loves walks and car rides
Marmee has the sweetest spirit and a smile that never seems to leave her face, despite everything she has been through. She's gentle, affectionate, and loves spending time with both her people and her canine friends.
While she gets along great with the dogs in her foster home, Marmee is happiest being part of whatever you're doing, whether that's heading out for a walk, riding along on errands, or relaxing at home. You can take her any where. She loves meeting new people
