Meet Gemma, a stunning little pittie with a megawatt smile, a heart full of love, and absolutely no concept of personal space!

Gemma is the kind of dog who believes the best seat in the house is directly on top of her favorite human. The moment you sit down, she’s ready to join you for snuggles, TV time, or reading sessions! In addition to lounging on the couch, her favorite activities include helping in the garden, riding in the car, and keeping an eye on the neighborhood from a cozy window perch.

One of Gemma’s most charming features is her adorable underbite smile. Combined with her silly personality and signature Superman leaps across the yard, she has a knack for making people laugh. She also loves carrying around her beloved stuffed toys and proudly showing them off to anyone willing to admire her collection.

Gemma absolutely adores people! Kids, adults, visitors, friends, she’s convinced that humans are the greatest invention of all time. She’s affectionate, entertaining, loyal, and endlessly devoted to her people. Her ideal home is one where she can be someone’s beloved sidekick, cuddle buddy, gardening assistant, and professional smile provider.

Like many passionate and enthusiastic dogs, Gemma has very big feelings about other dogs. She would be happiest as the only pet in the home, where she can soak up all the attention and continue working on her training without the added stress of sharing her space. She has been making progress and will thrive with an experienced adopter who is committed to helping her continue building confidence and skills.

Gemma is estimated to have been born in March 2021 and weighs 50 lbs. She is a petite pit bull type dog whose sweetness is unmatched! Gemma’s adoption fee is $450. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider adoption applications from families with children under 5 years old.
