Meet gizmo
He isnt really "special needs" but hes 15 yrs old. Hes got heart disease. CHF. He urinates frequently and hes on 2 kinds of meds. He also needs eye drops in his eyes daily. Other than that hes a good boy. Hes very lovable and gives kisses. Hes also trained to the puppy pads if you need to step out for awhile.
