Meet Millie, a super fluffy, big hearted conversationalist who will endear you with her loyalty! If you’ve ever wanted a best friend who communicates entirely through groans, sighs, toy deliveries, and meaningful stares, Millie is ready to move in immediately!
This affectionate girl is laid-back, and truly just wants to spend time with her people. Whether that means a leisurely walk, a game of tug, watching TV together, or simply hanging out while you work, she’s happy as long as she’s included! Millie forms strong bonds quickly and is deeply devoted to her humans, but in a respectful, easygoing kind of way.
She’ll ask for attention when she wants it, then happily settle nearby and keep herself entertained watching the world from the window. Her favorite activity is tug of war, but she’s equally thrilled by brushing sessions and belly rubs!
She walks nicely on leash and enjoys getting out for strolls, especially in quieter areas where she can relax and enjoy herself. She would do best as the only pet in a calm home with someone experienced with larger dogs - especially shepherds and all the fluff they come with!
One of Millie’s funniest habits is her very creative communication style. Instead of barking, she prefers dramatic groans, expressive whines, and carrying toys around as emotional support props. Need to know if she wants outside? A toy will be delivered. Wants scratches? Another toy. Just feeling chatty? You guessed it, toy delivery incoming!
Millie is estimated to have been born in January 2021 and weighs 85 lbs. She is a German Shepherd dog who is looking for someone who will commit to her wholeheartedly, because once she loves you, she is completely devoted. If you’re ready for a loyal companion with personality, humor, and endless fluffy affection, Millie is ready to make herself at home right by your side.
Millie’s adoption fee is $450. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider adoption applications from families with children under 5 years old.
