Gets Along with Dogs: lives with a toy Aussie currently, but it is highly suggested to have slow intros due to Axel’s lack of socialization. The other dog must be accepting to Axel’s puppy energy.

Gets Along with Kids: lives with 5 young children, two being toddlers. One of his favorite past time activities is running and playing with the kids outside.



Temperament: Playful, Happy & full of Energy, Cuddly, Loves Affection, There is no personal space with this boy as he loves to cuddle. 😊

Axel is a very sweet boy who loves affection and cuddles. When it’s time to eat, he will sit and wait until he is released before he starts. His recall is great! Axel is happy to see anyone that comes to visit because that means he gets more cuddles.



Axel still has a lot of puppy in him as he loves to chew on everything along with wanting to run and play. Axel will excel with an active owner who is willing to help him use up his puppy energy in a positive way and stimulate his puppy brain. Many Rotties excel in nose work, carting, agility and obedience, just to name a few. He will also make an excellent hiking partner.
