Remi is the kind of dog who turns ordinary days into adventures. This handsome chocolate boy is equal parts goofy teenager and affectionate best friend, always ready to sprint across the yard, chase a ball, or hand out enthusiastic kisses to anyone willing to stop and say hello. Raised around children ranging from toddlers to teenagers, Remi absolutely adores being part of the action and thrives in a busy, loving home where he can stay involved with his people. His favorite activities include zooming around outside, exploring every inch of the yard, and proudly carrying toys—or occasionally a stray Croc—around the house like prized treasures.
While Remi has the energy you’d expect from a nearly one-year-old Lab, he also has a wonderful foundation already in place. He is crate trained, house trained, knows basic commands, and settles nicely once his exercise needs are met. He walks best on a harness and is eager to learn, especially when treats are involved. Though he may give a bark or cautious growl when meeting strangers, his suspicion melts quickly into tail wags and affection. He’s the type of dog who wants to be included in everything and would thrive with an active adopter ready to continue his training and help channel his big puppy energy into fun outlets.
Having grown up on a farm with wide open spaces, Remi is looking for a home where he can stretch his legs and enjoy an active lifestyle. A fenced yard or safe place to run would make this happy boy’s dreams come true.
