She forms strong bonds with her people and thrives in a calm environment where she can get to know new people at her own pace. Pearl gets along well with other dogs. She is respectful once she feels comfortable. While she may not be the type to greet strangers immediately, she rewards patience with affection, trust, and deep loyalty.Things to Know: Pearl is slow to warm up to new humans and may need a little extra time and space when meeting unfamiliar people. She does best when introductions are calm and low pressure. Once she trusts someone, she becomes a devoted companion.Pearl came to us as a foster after her human passed away suddenly. Our circumstances have changed and we are no longer able to care for so many dogs. This decision has been made thoughtfully with Pearl’s best interests in mind.
