This litter of 5 puppies along with their mom Crossandra, are among the group of 12 dogs came to New Leash on Life when their dad went to assisted living and no one could care for them. Since we did not know their names, we chose to name them after beautiful flowers and are ready to take root and bloom. As you can imagine, they have been through a lot recently and may need time to adjust in their new environment. They enjoy getting attention once they are comfortable. They are spayed/neutered, microchipped, have age-appropriate vaccines, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. If you are looking to add to your family, you can adopt one of the Dachshund Dozen into your heart for $150. **All New Leash on Life dogs must be adopted to families willing to have their pets be allowed inside-especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a "tie out" or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced in yard.**
