Meet Daxx! š¾
Hi there! My name is Daxx, and Iām a 1-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog/Lab mix on the hunt for my forever family here at Heartland.
Iām a happy, social, and friendly guy who loves people of all ages. Whether you're tall, small, or somewhere in between, chances are Iāll want to say hello and be your new best friend. I also enjoy hanging out with my fellow canine buddies, but I havenāt met any cats yet, so Iām not quite sure what I think about them.
When it comes to fun, Iām all in! My favorite activities include:
Going on walks
Swimming
Car rides
Playing and adventuring
Iāve got plenty of energy, so if you enjoy an active lifestyle, Iād make an awesome sidekick for hiking trails, lake days, road trips, and all the adventures life has to offer.
The good news? Iāve already been to training and know some command. I'm also currently enrolled in the SPOT training program, so am perfecting skills I had learned when I was younger and learning some new cues and manners.
If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion to share your days (and maybe your couch), I might just be the perfect match for you.
