Meet the life of the party — Kenny! Kenny is a friendly, medium-sized rough coat male collie with a heart as big as his beautiful smile. At seven years old, this handsome sable and white boy is healthy, happy, and ready to find the loving forever home he deserves. After being surrendered when his elderly owner was hospitalized, Kenny has shown nothing but resilience, sweetness, and an incredible love for people and other dogs alike.

Kenny is social, well-adjusted, and always eager to make new friends. He greets his foster parents and strangers with bright eyes, a wagging tail, and joyful enthusiasm. He truly thrives around others and gets along wonderfully with every dog he has met. Whether he’s joining the fun or simply soaking up attention, Kenny brings warmth and happiness everywhere he goes.

This sweet boy enjoys walks and does very well on a leash. He loves keeping an eye on the world from the window — especially watching for deer or the latest Amazon delivery — and he’s always ready for a car ride adventure. One of Kenny’s favorite things in the world is having his ears scratched, and he will happily lean in for extra affection.

Kenny’s gorgeous full rough coat makes him especially striking, but it’s his loving personality that truly shines. He is neutered, fully vetted, crate trained, and recently learned to be house trained. He currently sleeps comfortably in his crate at night and has adjusted beautifully to life in foster care.

Kenny would likely thrive in almost any environment. While he could do well as an only dog, his social nature suggests he would love having another canine companion to share life with. Although he hasn’t been around cats in his foster home, his gentle and accepting temperament indicates he could likely coexist peacefully with them if introduced properly.
