Hi!My name is Tom and I`m looking for my forever home. Even though I am considered a senior, I have a lot of energy. My foster mom tells me that I have nervous energy, but we`re working on it. She tells me that I`m getting better every week with barking less at the animals/objects/sounds that are scary. I am a smart dog that enjoys playing ball. I would rather play fetch than play with other dogs. I get along with all the other dogs in my foster home and enjoy the occasional wrestling match. I do not like to be alone. I have a high prey drive and enjoy chasing squirrels with the other dogs. I don`t think I should be trusted around cats either. When I`m not chasing something, I have my nose to the ground following their scent. For these reasons, I need to have a fenced in yard. When I am inside, I like to chew on bones and play tug with stuffed animals. I am not destructive in the house. My favorite treat is a peanut butter filled Kong.
