Meet Toby
Meet Toby! This sweet 1–3 y/o bully mix is quite the pup. He knows basic commands (sit, shake, up, off, down, gentle, etc.) and follows them well. He is very active, affectionate, and loves being close to his person.
Toby came to us a few weeks ago after coming from a home where the resident dog began resource guarding and attacked him. We took him in hoping to give him a safe place, but unfortunately this is not the right fit for our family.
Toby needs a very specific home that can meet his behavioral and training needs.
Important Behavior Notes (please read carefully)
* Toby has attacked our resident dog and frequently tries to go after other dogs when he sees them outside.
* He should ideally be the only dog in the home. If there are other dogs, they would need to be extremely tolerant, “go with the flow,” and able to handle Toby’s lack of boundaries without reacting.
* He plays very rough and does not understand boundaries with other dogs.
* He barks frequently, espe
