Meet Scarlet! The happiest and smartest gal on the block!! At just 1.5 years old and 35 pounds, this sweet girl has already overcome so much after being abandoned at a busy construction site. Despite her rough start, she is incredibly loving, curious, and SMART — you can practically see the gears turning in her head. She has lots of puppy energy and will thrive with an active adopter who can provide structure, consistency, and continued training. She appears to have some herding breed traits and would love enrichment activities, walks, toys, and little “jobs” to keep her mind busy. She is still learning the basics, including potty training, since it’s likely no one ever taught her before. But she’s eager to learn and catches on quickly with patience and positive guidance.
