Meet oliver
Meet Oliver! Oliver is one of several poodle mixes we rescued in early April from a hoarding/backyard breeding situation in rural Georgia. All of these guys were filthy, with horribly infected ears and really had no idea how to relax and just be a dog! After several weeks of TLC and mentoring from some of their new dog friends, they are learning just how amazing being part of a loving family can be.
Oliver is about 6-7 years old and under 30 lbs. He's great with other dogs of all sizes and even cats. Oliver was definitely one of the more timid of the group, but it didn't take long for him to really warm up to his foster mom - trying to climb into her lap at any opportunity, when he's not running and playing with his other dog friends that is! He's even proven himself to be a rockstar when out and about meeting strangers - give him a few treats and you will have a best friend for life! Oliver is also great on leash, but might need just a bit of encouragement when exploring new places. He's looking for a forever home with poodle experienced adopters and another confident dog in the home, along with a fenced yard.
