Meet honey
Honey is a 10-year-old yellow Labrador Retriever who deserves a wonderful final chapter. She spent her whole life with our elderly neighbors who loved her dearly but were forced to move and could not take her with them. Rather than see her go to a shelter, we took her in to help find her the right home.Honey is sweet, gentle, and calm. She is a big girl who would do best with someone who has space for her and can give her daily walks and plenty of companionship. She has been inside with us and is adjusting beautifully -- she just wants to be around people.We are looking for an adopter who can give her a loving, stable home for whatever time she has left. She is not a puppy project -- she is a mellow, good-natured dog who will reward a patient owner with quiet loyalty and easy companionship.She comes with her crate and is up to date on all vaccines as of April 2026. She is on a prescription GI diet which we will share details on with any serious adopter.
