Meet Norton! š¾Norton is a sweet, handsome boy around 1ā2 years old who loves people and does well with other dogs. Heās a happy guy who enjoys attention, affection, and being close to his humans.Right now, Norton is very food and treat motivated. In his current environment, he gets very excited about treats and often just wants to come back inside for another snack. Because of this, he does need structure around feeding and treats when around other dogs. Norton has shown some food guarding behaviors toward other dogs, but not toward people.He has played some with other dogs, but we truly believe he may show a different side of himself once heās in a stable home environment instead of boarding. Shelter and kennel environments can be stressful and donāt always allow a dogās true personality to shine.Norton would thrive with someone willing to give him consistency, guidance, and patience as he settles in.
