Originally surrendered due to reported separation anxiety, he has shown nothing but grace and good manners in his foster home. While he thrives on companionship, he is a low-maintenance companion who just wants to be where the love is.

In a perfect world, Louie would flourish in a home with another small dog for company, or with a retired or semi-retired couple who can enjoy his calm presence throughout the day.

The Great Outdoors: He loves car rides and spending time in the backyard, simply feeling the wind on his face.
Cuddle Time: Heās a professional couch companion. Heāll happily lounge beside you and politely nudge you for belly rubs while you catch up on your favorite shows.
A-Plus Manners: Louie is very well-behaved; he doesnāt lunge at doors and will clearly signal when itās time to go potty.
The "Amazon Alert": While generally quiet, he does take his job seriously when the Amazon truck arrivesābut otherwise, heās a peaceful boy!
