Maui is a 3-year-old, 40 lb Border Collie mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. This beautiful girl is full of charm, heart, and classic herding dog intelligence!
Maui is super sweet, loyal, playful, and affectionate. She loves being close to her people and will happily sit right at your feet or cuddle up beside you after a day of adventure. She’s the kind of dog who forms deep bonds and truly wants to be someone’s best friend.
She does well with other dogs and enjoys having canine companions around, but her favorite thing is being with her humans and included in daily life.
Being an active dog, Maui is looking for a home that will give her both physical exercise and mental enrichment. She would thrive with people who enjoy hiking, running, exploring, and continuing her basic obedience and training. She’s smart, eager to engage, and happiest when she has things to do and people to do them with.
Maui is ready to find a loving, active home where she can continue to blossom into an incredible adventure companion and loyal best friend.
