Meet Snowflake- a retired breeder dog❄️ Snowflake is a gentle, low-energy sweetheart who’s all about love, comfort, and companionship. If you’re looking for a devoted little shadow to keep you company, she might just be your perfect match. This incredibly sweet girl adores being close to her people. Her favorite place in the world? Curled up in your lap. Snowflake would happily spend the entire day snuggling, soaking up affection, and just being near you. She’s very people-oriented and naturally drawn to human connection more than anything else. Snowflake isn’t particularly interested in cats and tends to prefer people over other dogs. While she does fine around dogs and cats, she’d also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only furry companion. One thing Snowflake is still working through is her fear of the leash. She truly does not like it, though a harness is a bit more tolerable. It’s clear something about leash walking makes her very uneasy, so she’ll need a patient, understanding adopter willing to help her build confidence over time. Because of this, a securely fenced yard is a must for her safety and comfort right now. She thrives in a calm environment and would do especially well in a home where someone is around most of the time—ideally a retired or work from home person or couple looking for a constant companion. Snowflake forms strong bonds and just wants to be near her people. She’s currently on a consistent potty schedule, going out every 4–5 hours, and does great as long as she stays on that routine. She doesn’t yet signal when she needs to go out, so staying attentive to her schedule is important. Snowflake is also comfortable in a crate and does well when crated for longer periods while you’re away. Snowflake is a soft, loving soul who just wants a safe place to land and someone to love her. With patience and understanding—especially as she works through her leash fears—she’ll reward you with endless affection and loyalty.
