Meet Peanut. This tiny chihuahua weighs just 7 lbs and is estimated to be between 5 and 7 years old (based on vet’s assessment of teeth). After a tough start in life (kept outside in a dirt floored kennel), he’s still a bit shy, but once he realizes you’re a friend, he melts in your arms, offering belly rubs and endless trust.

He’s fluffy, tiny, and docile, never the yappy or growling type, and is happy to spend quiet moments curled up beside you or seeking soft praise. Peanut is playful but calm, and his loving nature makes him the perfect companion for anyone wanting a devoted friend. He’s still working on potty training with his foster, and making progress.
