Meet kodabear

Koda Bear is our cuddly, enthusiastic, and wonderfully goofy boy. For the past five years, he’s been a loving and loyal companion with the biggest heart. As our family continues to grow, we’ve made the very difficult decision to find him a home where he can receive the space, time, and dedicated attention
he truly deserves.

Koda is a natural protector, offering a comforting sense of security both inside and outside the home. At the same time, he’s incredibly affectionate and thrives on being close to his people. He loves cuddles, long walks, and simply relaxing by your side. He’ll happily give hugs, offer a polite handshake, and shower you with kisses.

He’s smart, eager to please, and well-trained. Koda responds to commands such as sit, lay down, shake, leave it, and drop it. He is fully house trained and crate trained, and he does especially well with structure and routine.

One of Koda’s favorite places to be is the lake — he absolutely loves the water! He thinks he’s everyone’s personal lifeguard and will try to “rescue” you the second you jump in. It’s one of his funniest
and most lovable traits. He also enjoys car rides and is always excited to hop in and go wherever you’re headed.

Koda loves his toys, especially anything with a squeaker. Impressively, he’s very gentle with them and rarely destroys them or pulls the fluff out — he prefers carrying them around and enjoying playtime without the mess.

Koda would do best in an adult-only home where he can be the center of attention. While he loves his
humans deeply, he prefers a calmer environment and would be happiest as the only pet. He thrives with clear boundaries and a steady routine, and in the right setting, he is an incredibly devoted and rewarding companion.

We are hoping to find him a patient, loving home filled with affection and understanding. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who will stick by your side through it all, Koda Bear may be the perfect match.

Thank you for considering giving him the wonderful home he deserves.
