Meet jasper
Jasper is 4 years old. He is a blue fawn and tan frenchie. He is super sweet and loves being by people and getting attention. Jasper does have a handicap. He injured his back a few months ago and after a month at the vet, was never able to heal back to normal. Jasper is no longer able to use stairs and at times requires support for his back legs. He manages to get around well without assistance. He has a wheel chair but has never been a fan and it tires him out. He has gained strength in his back legs but we were told he will never be back to normal. With my wife's health and my work schedule we are unable to continue to manage having to carry him up and down stairs in order to let him outside. He is up to date on all shots and heartworm/flea meds. We would prefer someone who is familiar with frenchies and their needs, such as avoiding extended outside time in extreme heat. He would do better with a home that does not require stairs to go outside.
