**Roo is available for adoption in Los Angeles only**
Roo is a 13 week old Chihuahua mix that was found as a stray with her sister Maple in Kern county. She and Maple ended up on the euthanasia list and were pulled just in time to spare their lives!
Roo was born with a defect in her front elbows where she can't fully extend her front legs and uses her forearms to hop around. We are currently determining whether surgery or remaining the same is the best option for her in the long term.
Roo is a very happy little girl who loves to love and be cuddled by her human! She can't wait to meet her forever home!
