Meet Olive
Miss Olive is a beautiful female Catahoula Leopard Dog mix who was born around 2/6/25 She’s heartworm negative and current on her vaccines and preventatives!
Some things you should know:
* She is just a big sweetheart
* She weighs a perfect 36 pounds
* She is already spayed
* She’s good with other dogs
* She’s fully housetrained and crate trained
* She LOVES kids!!
* She’s super sweet, social, and friendly
* She is desperately looking for her forever home!
This amazing girl is the whole package, just waiting for you to make her a part of your home! Her dream is to become a part of a loving family. Can you help make that dream come true?
Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue, The Artemis Project, in Arkansas.
We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI.
Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue.
Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee.

Before we can change your new furbaby’s status from "adoptable" to "adoption pending," the $50 transport fee must be paid to secure the adoption. At that time, we will stop accepting applications.
The entire adoption fee must be paid prior to the transport in order to ensure your new baby has a spot on the transport.
