Introducing Kizzy.
Kizzy is a beautiful brindle Boxer mix. She's looking for the forever home of her dreams. Kizzy is ok with other dogs, as long as are male and her size or larger, but not so much with other female dogs.
* She was born around 11/08/22
* She is spayed
* She weighs 53 lbs.
* She is heartworm negative
* She is UTD on her vaccines and preventatives
* She's not so good with female dogs but is better with male her size or larger
* She's loyal and very affectionate.
* She can’t wait to meet YOU!!

Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue, The Artemis Project, in Arkansas.
We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI.
Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue.
Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee.

Before we can change your new furbaby’s status from "adoptable" to "adoption pending," the $50 transport fee must be paid to secure the adoption. At that time, we will stop accepting applications.
The entire adoption fee must be paid prior to the transport in order to ensure your new baby has a spot on the transport.
