Meet charlie
Charlie is a 19-month-old Pit/Lab mix and a big love bug looking for his perfect home. He thrives in a calm environment with one or two adults and does well with older children (though he hasn’t lived with young kids).
Charlie is a smart boy who already knows basic commands like sit, lay down, come, and “gentle.” He loves giving kisses and enjoys having a consistent routine.
He’s an active dog who loves walks, playing fetch, and going to the dog park. He has done well playing with other large dogs and has never shown aggression.
Charlie does need a bit of continued training—he gets very excited when people come home and may jump, and he can get distracted outdoors and try to chase wildlife. Because of this, a fenced yard or open land where he can safely run would be ideal. He also has a strong bark and can be protective when he sees people passing by, so he’ll need an experienced owner to help guide him.
Charlie is a wonderful, loving dog who just needs the right person or family.
