Imagine spending your time with a handsome, unassuming older gentleman who listens quietly to all your bitching, vents, complaints, and when you are done, he looks adoringly at you as if to say, ‘everything is going to be ok, honey’. Wow. That would be quite amazing. Joey doesn’t hold back. He adores his humans, and he lets you know it. If you want to just sit quietly and absorb yourself in your favorite activities, he will sit with you quietly and keep you company. If you want to take a little stroll, Joey will be the first one to lead you to the door. Joey loves his walks. He pulls a little at the beginning from excitement but eases into a nice pace as the walk progresses. Joey loves to smell everything along his path. He likes to know who has been there before him. He leaves his business cards to let others know ‘Joey was here’.
Joey is 11 years old, 15lb Yorkshire Terrier mix. He may be 11 but Joey is healthy and still has a lot of pep left in his steps! He is looking for a family he could spend the rest of his life with. Quiet, relaxing time on couches (or laps) walks, car rides will make Joey quite happy. Resident dog(s) welcome. Joey is honestly just perfect!
