Franklin weighed a mere 6.6 lbs. when he arrived at animal control, and his hair was so matted that he had to be shaved down. Franklin has a great appetite and is already up to 8 lbs. but has a little more to gain. Franklin is a very sweet, loving boy who adores everyone he meets and going for a walk is the highlight of his day. Franklin knows exactly what to do outside and sleeps soundly in his crate at night.
