Meet dexter
Hello,
Dexter is a 7 year old handsome chocolate lab which I adopted when he was 12 weeks. I love him dearly and if adopted would like to see him occasionally if possible, if not that’s ok. Dexter loves long walks, playing fetch and is very silly with a lot of energy. We just got a 8lb Yorky who is the boss and Dex gets along great with her. The reason I’m looking into finding a new home for this beautiful dog is with all his energy, he can be unpredictable. I was walking him on a leash and he darted out at a biker causing a crash and the person had serious injuries (Dex is now not covered on my insurance :). Recently, and the reason I’m looking into this is he sprinted after a squirrel and knocked me down breaking my hip. I’m currently have him at the Barkwood Inn pet resort during my rehab. The perfect home would be a family who has a fenced in back yard and other dogs that can help him work off all his energy. I truly love Dexter… he’s a sweet, healthy but spazzy lab!
