Bonita is a petite young dog with a bright, confident personality. At only 6 lbs. and 10 months-old, she carries herself with surprising presence and charm. She enjoys being around people and other dogs and is especially fond of curling up next to anyone who sits down. Although she gets along very well with the other dogs in her foster home, she likes to chase after them sometimes, so resident dogs should be patient and tolerant. 'Nita is affectionate, social, and very people‑oriented. Her energy level is moderate, giving her a nice balance of playful activity and relaxed downtime. She walks well on a leash and enjoys exploring the neighborhood. As a young dog, she is still refining her house‑training skills, but she is eager to learn. Nita enjoys chewing on bones, chasing tennis balls, lounging on the deck, and joining her humans on outings. She is happiest when she can be part of whatever her family is doing, whether that's a walk, a coffee shop visit, or simply relaxing outside. Nita will thrive in a home that can continue guiding her through her house‑training and provide structure as she matures. A fenced yard is recommended to give her a safe space to explore and support her training.
