Meet jack
Meet Jack!
All of the dogs we rescue are special, but every once in a while one will come along that is truly MAGICAL. Jack is definitely one of those!
Jack came to us from another hoarding situation in South Georgia near where the poodle mixes came from. He is about 2-3 years old and lived his entire life outdoors roaming an 83 acre property along with countless other dogs.
Despite all of that, Jack is nothing but pure love! He wants nothing more than to be close to his person - the closer the better! When Jack went to have his vetting completed, instead of being nervous like a lot of dogs are at the vet, Jack spent his time going from lap to lap - stealing the hearts of everyone working! While at the vet, we did learn that Jack's missing eye is indeed due to a birth defect and not any sort of trauma or injury
Jack is great with others dogs, loving his daily romps in the yard with his foster siblings. He's looking for a home with another dog and a fenced yard. Having grown up roaming the countryside, walking on a leash is going to take some time to master. Right now, he is still terrified of being on leash and so does absolutely require a fully, secure fenced yard.
