Are you looking for a cozy cuddly older but not yet ready for full retirement pup? Oscar would love to be your new new best friend. He is great with kids and just loves being next to his human or curled up on the couch. He will walk on a leash and follow you around where ever you go. He is ok in the car and loves meeting strangers. Oscar is still working on house training but with the help of belly wraps he does really well and goes outside anytime he is let out. Oscar came to rescue because his family had to leave their home and they had too many dogs to bring into the new apartment.
