Duke is a handsome shepherd-hound mix with a heart full of happiness and a tail that never stops wagging. He’s the kind of dog who greets the world with enthusiasm and just wants a chance to be part of it. Duke has spent too much time without an outlet for his energy, and like many smart, active dogs, he’s made his own “projects” out of boredom—chewing blankets and anything he can find, which has unfortunately led to a few surgeries. This isn’t who he is at his core—it’s a dog who simply hasn’t had the stimulation and attention he deserves. What Duke truly needs is a home where he can stretch his legs, stay engaged, and have someone looking out for him.
