Lucia is spayed and fully healthy! She is up to date on vaccines. She is also microchipped! Lucia is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with the foster!

💧Reliably potty trained: Lets you know when they need to go outside.
🚶 Mostly Leash Trained: Has good leash manners but may occasionally pull or get distracted.
🐶 Selective with Dogs: Prefers some dogs over others and benefits from thoughtful introductions to new pals.
😺 Unsure with Cats: Has not been tested with cats, so their compatibility is unknown. We would recommend a slow introduction with a way to separate the home for each pet.
🧒 Likely Kid Friendly: Has shown positive signs around children 10+ but may need a gradual introduction to younger family members.

Lucia is a delight! She naps a lot (especially in sunny spots) and is full of energy on walks and at mealtimes. Her fosters joke that she walks like she is the mayor of the neighborhood and is late for a meeting, until she gets close to home and then she slows down because she savors being outside. She is easy to take care of because she allows you to bathe her, clean her ears, clean her paws, wipe her face and eyes---she trusts her person and really likes humans. When you sit next to her, she immediately rolls on her side for belly rubs. She is truly just a joy to be around!

🧬 This pet has not been DNA tested, so we are unsure of their actual breed makeup, but these are the breeds we think they look like!
