Zuko has been with me since he was 2 months old, so he’s been raised with love, consistency, and training from the very beginning. He’s a loyal, smart, and affectionate dog with a big personality. He has a great balance to him — he can be laid back and calm, but he also has a playful, energetic side and loves to have fun. He enjoys being around people, keeping you company, and being included in everyday life. Zuko is naturally alert, especially at night, and takes his role as a protector seriously. Around new people, he may seem guarded at first, but he usually settles down quickly once he sees that everything is okay. He’s well-behaved in the home and has never been destructive or the type to tear things up. I’m hoping to find him a home that will value him for the great companion he is — someone who can give him attention, activity, and a stable environment where he can continue to thrive. Zuko is the kind of dog that builds a real bond with his person and loves his person.
