Our Pappy Van Winkle is hoping for a forever family to really appreciate him after being taken to a vet for euthanasia because he's a senior and wasn't able to hold his wee. Luckily, the vet wouldn't do it and called rescue. We are so glad we were able to help Pappy. It turned out he had a UTI, cleared up with a course of antibiotics. Pappy, 14 pounds, also needed a neuter and dental. He's doing great, likes people and other dogs; enjoys hanging out and plays a bit. Pappy is full of doxie personality, a really nice boy.
