Meet minnie
Minnie’s Story
Minnie is a one yr old female Hound Beagle mix that was rescued as a stray from a Southern rescue.
She is high energy and recommend an enclosed fenced in yard to allow her to roam freely.
Minnie loves to retrieve tennis balls, soccer balls and frisbees.
She loves car rides and walks.
Minnie loves other dogs but can be excitable when she first sees them.
She loves going to dog parks.
Since Minnie is very excitable we think she should be around older kids.
She got along with our older cat but a slow introduction for cats is preferred.
She is highly food motivated and likes to chew so keep plenty of chew toys and treats on hand.
Minnie is house trained.
We have left her for no more than 4 or 5 hours at a time and she does fine with our other dog in the house.
So a companion dog might be good for her to play with.
She loves human companionship and sleeps in our bed at night.
In summary Minnie is a high energy dog so a fenced in yard is preferred.
She would probably flourish with another dog in the house for companionship.
