On walks, he does best with a harness and walks much more comfortably with one.
Fozzy has had positive interactions with other dogs and can get excited on leash when he sees them — mostly because he wants to play. With strangers, he may greet enthusiastically with some jumping or barking at first, but he settles nicely once introductions are over.
