Meet teddy
I found Teddy from a local add stating she needed to get rid of a Corgi puppy. My grand-daughter has always wanted a corgi, so I applied for him and was accepted. I already have a rescue chihuahua with epilepsy which I've had for three years now. Since Teddy is a puppy, he nips as you would expect. My chihuahua doesn't understand that and reacts unfavorably. The person I got Teddy from has two special-needs children. Her children didn't understand a puppy's personality. In fact, her child with autism became afraid of Teddy. Teddy was kept in a large crate and went potty there most times. Although I am sure the owner tried to potty train him, her children came first. I take no issue with that. I would do the same. Since I reside in an apartment, I've been taking each dog outside separately so they aren't distracted by one another and do their business. It is more than I thought it would be. I find myself unable to properly give Teddy the attention he deserves.
