Say Hello to Cathy!Cathy is a sensitive 6 year old, 6 and a half pound, female miniature poodle looking for an understanding human who can give help show her what life as a pampered pooch is like! Shy with new people and sensitive in new environments, Cathy takes longer than the average pup to adjust and feel safe. Rescued from a hoarding situation, she needs a human who will give her the time and space she needs to feel safe before coming out of her shell. For that special human, she offers a gentle companionship and a bond that will never break.Cathy shows potential to co-exist with a pup who matches her reserved nature, however, she may appreciate being the only dog in her forever home so that she can soak up all the love and care of her humans. If there is a dog living in her forever home we highly recommend a slow introduction between the two, in order to ensure that they feel safe and comfortable as they adjust to each other`s presence.At this time, we are unsure of how Cathy does with cats.
