Meet Dora! This adorable little dinosaur came to us after her previous family moved and couldn't keep her. Dora has not been the biggest fan of life at the shelter and is very much looking forward to getting into a forever home that will love her, respect her boundaries, and keep her away from screaming puppies. Dora wants her potential adopters to know that just because she's a little lady doesn't mean she doesn't have boundaries that need to be respected. She will do best with a family who is willing to take things very slow with her, including introducing her to new people. She does best when she can approach people on her own terms, and is not likely to enjoy being snuggled by little kids/humans who don't understand dog body language cues. However, our behavior team has worked hard to help Dora come out of her shell and she definitely does have a lot of love to give for gentle humans. Think Dora could be the perfect gal for you?
